Trabakul Betina

Trabakul Betina sits right at the water's edge in the village of Betina on Murter island, with panoramic views across the Šibenik Channel. The restaurant is named after the traditional Dalmatian wooden sailing vessel — the trabakul — and that maritime heritage runs through everything, from the architecture to the menu.

The kitchen focuses on the finest Dalmatian catch, locally grown produce and traditional recipes passed down through generations. Grilled fish, Dalmatian peka, fresh shellfish and homemade desserts set the tone for an event menu that celebrates the flavours of the Adriatic.

The outdoor terrace, with the sea just steps away, makes Trabakul Betina a remarkable setting for summer weddings, family celebrations and corporate retreats. Up to 150 guests can be accommodated, with the sound of the sea and the scent of the Dalmatian coast as the natural backdrop.
