Trabakul Kornati occupies a sheltered bay on Žut island in the heart of the Kornati National Park — one of the most extraordinary natural environments in the Mediterranean. The only way to reach it is by boat, which means every event here is inherently exclusive and truly unforgettable.
The restaurant's cuisine celebrates the purity of the Adriatic: fresh fish caught the same morning, locally harvested shellfish, island olive oil and herbs gathered from the surrounding islands. Every dish is a direct expression of the Kornati landscape.
